How old do I look?

It happened my little brother has passed me in height, it is a sad sad thing, I mean what is up with puberty, so over rated.  Well this week someone thought my little brother (who is five years younger then me) was my twin ( granted it was a little kid).   It is odd because some times people have asked if my sister and I are twins, well she is five years older then me, so I guess I have an interesting look ( hopefully I dont start looking like benjamin button because that movie totally freaked me out!).  I guess I can pass in the age range from 14-24, cool!  

Its Golf Time!

Yep it sure is!  I love golf, it is pretty much the best sport

1) You do not have to run at all
2) It is so stinking beautiful with all the trees and flowers!  (can you tell I am a little obsessed with nature,I cant help myself)
3)You can really wear what ever you want on the course, you dont have to wear sweats or exercise clothes
4) There are special shoes for the sport
5) You get to decorate your ball you play with
6) You can talk to friends and be social the whole time
7) They have carts you get to drive in
8) If you are frustrated you can take it all out on the ball
9) You can play it your whole life
10) I love playing it with my papa


So this weekend my family decided it would be fun to go golfing!  Well I have not been in quite a while and in golf you pretty much stink if you are not consistent.  So I was not doing too well.  I am going to be sending myself to the range.  I need to help myself, it was pretty pathetic but it did feel nice being back on the course and it was a beautiful day.  I always love being with the familia :)

I wish everyday could be like this!

You know those perfect magical days where you feel like you are floating in the clouds and you know nothing in the world could ruin it, not even stepping in dog doo, having a bird take a dump on your head,finding you have had toilet paper stuck to your foot for the last few hours, or realizing that piece of gum you earlier lost is in your hair could stop you from taking the smile from off your face.  There are certain days where you just want to shout out and start singing (which I enjoy doing often) and celebrate life. This scene makes me happy and wish my life could be like this and have music follow me everywhere I go, I mean how cool would it be to have a soundtrack to your life, sounds pretty darn fantastic to me!

So life really does get better after junior high, it really helps when you get rid of the braces, shave the legs, pluck the eye brows, and add a little touch of confidence.  Yep I feel like this picture really describes it all.  Granted I was on ice skates in this picture and so I do have a little bit of an excuse.  I really am totally uncoordinated when it comes to me on skates.  I mean last time I was on skates I ended up breaking my left wrist and spraining my right one, major problem.... but lets not even get into how I can be seriously uncoordinated.  So junior high, yep sure glad I got out of that place.

let the manikin wear it!

Ahh I think I may be turning into a crazy person!  Have you ever seen the movie confessions of a shopaholic, well right now sadly I can relate to her.  I never thought I would have this problem I mean I have always been that person that can look around and say they like something but not need to try it on, but that has changed.  The problem is when you try something on and you love it and you can picture yourself walking around in this special treasure with music playing in the background  and the wind blowing your hair back and money coming from the sky and everyone looking at you as you walk gracefully suddenly looking more like jennifer Aniston then yourself, then you want it, you want it bad! So maybe I just wish that would happen but putting on a new piece of clothing adds confidence, all the sudden when you are wearing something that looked great on that size 00 manikin who was bald you feel good.   I mean I feel like I am having sweaters, rings, bags, necklaces, shoes, dresses, skirts, hats, and earings all call out to me.  It may be because I had not gone shopping or bought anything in four months and this is me going for it.  So I figure if I cant buy it I can put it on my blog, I mean in an odd sort of way its like I own it... kind of.  I figure this will be better for my wallet and my closest, win win situation except for the fact that I am not wearing it and to tell the truth the clothing probably looks better on the website then it would look on me.  I have also come to realize I need my DD with me when shopping because when it comes to venders and sales people, they are way too good at convincing me I need something or that something looks great on me, haha I am working on it!  Once I was considering buying a wool vest thing ( it was cuter then it sounds) with a big hole the size of a tennis ball.  I would say I have some serious issues.   Good thing D was there to help me out.
